There are a lot of different easy styles you can do with locs. Especially as your locs grow longer, you may want to break out some styles that you were eyeing when your locs were just budding. This article is the one for you, come take a look at some easy loc styles you can try today!

Loc Curls

What I love about loc curls is how they are the result of a separate (easy) to do style. You will get loc curls after twisting or braiding your hair and then letting it loose when it is dry. This look was done with 6-8 big braids.

Chunky Braids

For those with smaller locs, doing a chunky braid set can be a nice way to get the feel of larger locs.

Loc Knots

What I love about loc knots is how they can completely transform your locs. Tired of long locs? Try loc knots. Want some bangs – then loc knots are the answer for you! While this style can be beginner friendly, it is often not time friendly. So put on some Netflix, and get to twisting for this style.

Low Ponytail

A low ponytail is a great low stress hairstyle to do. With this particular ponytail you don’t even need any accessories. Just gather your locs from the bottom and tie your hair in a singular knot. Instructions here.

High Ponytail

There is nothing like a classic high pony to get you going on about your day. This style is easy enough for anyone. Throw your head upside down, gather those locs up, and tie em down with a hair tie. Then off you go!

Half Top Bun

A half up and down style is a classic. Here is a top bun and the rest of the hair is left loose. What’s great about this style is you don’t have to worry about gathering all of your hair in a bun.

Space Buns

Space buns are such a vibe. They are beginner friendly, but the creator (RANII) said it best for this one – the biggest time you will spend is probably attempting to get them even.

High Buns

Here we have the quintessential top bun. Similar to a high pony, you will flip your head down to gather your locs up to put into this style.
